About Us
The mission of the Saskatchewan Nursing Informatics Association (SNIA) is to be a jurisdictional voice for Nursing Informatics in Saskatchewan. SNIA provides leadership in nursing informatics for nurses in all domains across Saskatchewan.
SNIA brings together RNs, nursing students, and other stakeholders, to promote nursing informatics and its applications within healthcare. SNIA provides education, information, and support to colleagues to foster research in the digital health space.
SNIA is a Professional Practice Group under the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and is part of the BC/YK/SK Chapter with the Canadian Nursing Informatics Association (CNIA). CNIA is associated with CNA, affiliated with COACH, and IMIA-SIGNI.
